TMI Incorporated

Building on a relationship that began when TMI started it’s business in a 3,000 square foot industrial/office space in 1993 owned and operated by Jendoco Real Estate.  Not only did we help them expand in our property to over 18,500 s.f., but then assisted them in renovations to their new facility in Robinson Township.

The expansion took place over three projects, spanning five years.  The first project was the complete renovation of the 29,500 square foot NUS laboratories building and 12,070 square foot warehouse addition.  This project included extensive demolition, including vermiculite filled masonry walls and major laboratory equipment.  The completed project provided 9,500 square feet of new office space for management and sales personnel, 20,000 square feet of manufacturing, and 12,070 square feet of warehouse and distribution.

The second project was the addition of another 12,100 square feet of warehouse space.  The addition of more warehouse space altered the shipping and receiving functions of the building, requiring significant parking lot modifications.  The parking lot was also expanded to maximize the site and accommodate additional parking needs.

The third project was a Design-Build arrangement to expand the executive office at the front of the building.  This project involved modifying the front façade of the building, designing custom millwork, and enhancing mechanical and communications systems throughout the office area.

After more than 17 years, Jendoco continues to work with TMI for all of their construction needs.
