Jendoco Construction Corporation is a general contractor and construction manager serving the Western Pennsylvania region for more than 6 decades. Founded in 1957 by Peter C. Dozzi, Jendoco is a privately-held, family-owned business in its second generation of ownership and management led by Pete’s son, Domenic Dozzi.
Jendoco strategically manages both our annual volume, between $40M–$60M, and our geographic footprint within a 2-hour radius of the downtown Central Business District, not to be the biggest contractor in Western Pennsylvania but to deliver the highest level of service.
We believe that each project needs to be accessible by our executive team for daily visits and that creating a corporate culture within each employee is essential to our success. As such, Jendoco management does not expand or reduce our staff based on workload and works very hard to achieve our project workload to maximize the effectiveness of our available resources, which include a professional staff of 22 individuals, including our executive staff, project managers, estimators, sustainability consultancy, accounting, real estate, and administrative support.
Additionally, Jendoco employs approximately 60 individuals from our signatory trades, the carpenters and the laborers, most of whom are superintendents and foremen that oversee our projects.
Jendoco is a member of the Master Builders Association of Western Pennsylvania, which is the local chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.
Jendoco is renowned for delivering complex projects that require a deliberate focus on cost control, schedule management, and sustainability.

With over 50 years of experience and knowledge, Jendoco Real Estate has been the originator of “flex” space in the Pittsburgh market since the early 1960s with suburban business parks built in the East and West of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
These strategic locations have enabled us to amass more than 1.5 million square feet of quality yet affordable flex space. Each location has immediate access to major interstates.
Our flexible properties are ideal for use as offices, labs, research, manufacturing, and warehouse/distribution.
Jendoco Real Estate also specializes in helping with the expansion needs of start-up companies. Companies which start in our business parks often require more space or perhaps their own building. In these instances, we will be right there to assemble a team to assist in the design and construction of the property.
