Penn Center West – Soffer Organization
This development consists of two 60,000 square feet high tech office buildings, a five story 160,000 square foot building and a fifth building able to accommodate office functions in a 100,000 square foot structure.
The first building was completed on time in late 1998 and the second building in 1999.
The second project was completed in advance of the major occupants move-in date. This building project came in under budget and the fit out was under the budget anticipated by the tenant.
These high tech structures consist of raised floors for easy access to the necessary computer cabling, thus providing flexibility to provide power and communication anywhere within the building. The under floor plenum and in floor air diffusers also allow for flexibility with air distribution as well as individual control.
