Jendoco is an early adaptor of technology to aid in the delivery of successful design and construction projects.
One of the most significant advances in construction technology has been the introduction of Building Information Modeling (BIM), with which a project team can virtually build a 3D model that can be used for visualization, coordination and clash detection, scheduling, estimating, and as-built and operations management.
Another technology that Jendoco is beginning to implement on projects is Virtual Reality (VR) technology. VR makes it possible to upscale 3D models and provide an opportunity for the project team to immerse themselves in a project. Use of this technology enhances visualization and coordination, which eliminates untimely changes that often impact a project’s budget and schedule.
On every project, Jendoco creates a Technology Implementation Plan to ensure that we are appropriately utilizing these innovative tools to enhance overall project success.
