Butler Township Municipal Building
In 2004 Butler Township chose Jendoco to serve as construction manager for their Municipal Building. It is a 1-story 21,000 SF facility, which is organized around the focal point of the building: A two-story central lobby and the adjacent Commissioners’ Meeting Room.
The building is divided into three separate yet interrelated departments – Township Administration, Police Department and Treasurer’s Office.
Township Administration, which is accessed from the central lobby, includes offices, conference rooms, and the Commissioners’ Meeting Room.
The Police Department includes a public lobby, offices, holding cells and other support areas. The Treasurer’s office is accessible by the public only through a separate exterior entrance.
