SUSTAINABILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTING SERVICES​

Jendoco Construction Corporation has been, and remains, an industry leader in sustainable construction.  From Penn Center West Building #6, one of the first “Green” buildings in Western Pennsylvania and a LEED 1.0 pilot project in 1997, to the first LEED Platinum project, The Green Building Alliance Headquarters, in 2009.  ​

​In 2013, Jendoco hired their first VP of Sustainability, Christian Klehm, LEED Fellow, and in doing so acquired his sustainability consulting firm, e2 – Energy and Environmental Solutions, under our family of companies.  Chris continues to provide training to our staff and offer knowledge and experience to our sustainable projects, allowing them to achieve their sustainability goals.  We have worked on projects that have incorporated various sustainability certifications such as LEED, WELL, and LBC.​

​In addition to our normal sustainable construction services, Chris continues to offer Sustainability Consulting through e2 on projects locally in Western Pennsylvania, and in other parts of the country including New York, New Jersey, and Las Vegas, Nevada where he was the LEED Consultant on the 41 Million Square Foot City Centre, the largest LEED development in the world at the time. ​
