Byham Theater

Jendoco Construction Corporation completed Phase I of the renovations to the Byham Theater which was formerly known as the Fulton.
Work included a new terrace seating area on the main floor which increased the slope and provided better site lines.
A partition was added at the rear of the seating area to create a Lobby and also created sound and lighting control rooms.
Other architectural improvements included private boxes at the sides of the theater, a new ticket booth, new carpeting and painting.
A new mechanical system was also installed which included return air through the theater floor adding to patron comfort.
