Lynn Williams place was the second in a series of three elderly housing projects that Jendoco served as the general contractor.

This 5 story masonry bearing and precast plank structure was constructed under HUD requirements.

The facility houses 60 units and a manager’s apartment along with central recreational space and a roof top patio.

Also, unique to this project was the glass back elevator housed in the central courtyard.

The project was constructed in nine months for the National Council of Senior Citizens/ USA Housing Development Corporation.
