Jendoco Construction Corporation maintained a seven year relationship with Butler Memorial Hospital completing projects that included the Women’s Imaging Center; construction of a new kitchen and dining facility; the complete renovation of eight operating rooms and support facilities; completion of a open heart surgery suite; short stay recovery and the emergency room renovations. All the projects were performed with Jendoco providing pre-construction services and a guaranteed maximum price (GMP).

All work was completed while the hospital was in operation and Jendoco was instrumental in providing phasing plans to complete such sensitive projects as the renovation of the operating rooms. The operating rooms were renovated two at a time while keeping all other rooms in operation.

Jendoco also completed the installation of the new Catheterization Lab for the Hospital including the upgrading of the structural floor to support the equipment.

Jendoco worked closely with the state certifications, hospital department heads and the local code officials to provide a seamless turnover of these spaces.
