Surgi-Center and Doctors offices

Jendoco Construction Corporation was selected to serve as the general contractor for the construction of the Monroeville Surgi-Center and Doctors offices. The first floor consisted of a receiving/reception area, support rooms, recovery rooms and three operating rooms.

The second, third and fourth floors were subdivided into various specialty doctors offices containing various types of exam rooms, and administration offices.

Jendoco created a mock-up of the operating room to allow the doctors and nurses to effectively locate all the devices before completion of the spaces. This provided immediate familiarity when the spaces were turned over upon completion and minimized any relocation of in-place devices.

Jendoco Construction Corporation worked closely with the local authorities as well as the state authorities for receiving review and approval.
