United Cerebral Palsy
The United Cerebral Palsy project consisted of renovations and a major addition to the existing facility on Center Avenue.
A second story was added to the existing facility and a new two-story addition was attached to create a 30,000 square foot two-story facility.
All main services, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing were revised and a new elevator core was constructed.
Work was completed in a nine-month period, allowing the Owner to move in two months earlier.
Work included creating administrative office space, training facilities for the students, and a (two- story atrium main street) for the students to interact.
