Duquesne University, Red Ring Restaurant
Jendoco Construction completed the interior fit-out of the Red Ring Restaurant located in the Duquesne University Power Center. Jendoco completed such unique items as the interior stone wall and floating cherry wood ceilings. Jendoco was also instrumental in custom designing the installation of the “Red Ring” light shield that has become a major focal point and design element within the space.
Jendoco coordinated the installation of the rough-ins for the entire kitchen with Aramark serving as the vendor who supplied the equipment. The cross coordination between Jendoco Construction and Aramark resulted in a seamless installation of all kitchen equipment. Jendoco also coordinated the power and cabling for an extensive sound system that allows live performances to take place on the small stage that serves as both a stage and an elevated dining area.
