Building #8 - Tenant fit out
Jendoco Construction Corporation was selected to complete the tenant fit-out for the Xerox Corporation in the Penn Center West Office Park. The space utilized exposed structures and systems as architectural and aesthetic features.
The 45,000 square foot space was completed in 16 weeks. This fast track project was successfully completed due to the extensive coordination and planning completed by Jendoco and the Design Team.
This high-tech structure has raised floors for easy access to the necessary cabling, thus providing flexibility to provide power and communication anywhere within the building.
The under floor plenum and in floor air diffusers also allow for flexibility with air distribution as well as individual control.
