Conco Systems Inc.
Jendoco Construction Corporation was approached by Conco Systems, Inc. to budget renovations to their 8,700 s.f. office in Verona, PA.
After working closely with the owner, value engineering items were developed, the budget established and the project started.
The work was completed in two parts;
Phase I included the complete demolition of the 1st Floor offices, storage, and support areas. These were then rebuilt to include ADA compliant restrooms, new windows, and all new mechanical systems.
Phase II mirrored Phase I, but included exterior concrete work and upgrades to the offices consisting of wood trim, crown moldings, and unique paint schemes.
