Bally Design at ROAM

ROAM North Shore Center
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Bally Design Project was a complete conversion of a 1930’s industrial mill building into a design studio.

The space included executive offices, conference room, design studios, model shop kitchenette, and reception area.

Work included exterior window replacements, all new electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems and an elevated kitchen area.

The overall design was based on exposed structure and systems to express the industrial and technical nature of their business.

The mechanical, plumbing and electrical aspects of the project were completed on a design-build basis.

The space was completed in eight weeks in order to accommodate tenant time constraints.
