Weinberg Village
Assisted Living Facility
This project consisted of a state of the art assisted living facility that houses 159 patients. Weinberg Village also features unique amenities such as an interior winter garden with a structural steel cathedral ceiling. The three story, 146,000 square foot complex also houses a combination synagogue, multipurpose room and a complete food preparation area and dining room.
An existing five-story 65,000 square foot building was also renovated to create an additional 63 beds of assisted living space and house the administrative staff. This renovation took place while full operation of the facility continued with little or no disruption to the staff.
Jendoco Construction provided value engineering ideas after the award of this project that resulted in over 1 Million Dollars of savings to the Owner.
