Center Pauline Auberle Foundation Addition and Renovation
Jendoco Construction Corporation was selected for the Preconstruction Services and provided budgets, constructability review, scheduling, and value engineering to establish a budget within the Owner’s budget constraints. Jendoco was then retained to serve as the General Contractor for the construction of the renovation which began in March of 2000.
The building addition is attached to the existing facility and coordination of safety issues had to be reviewed and addressed to maintain ongoing operations as well as protecting the student body. This project included classrooms, computer center, training room, library, arts and crafts area, music and drama, a student union with a snack bar and a new reception area.
