Alpha School
Jendoco Construction Corporation was selected to upgrade this private elementary school located in Allison Park, PA. With classroom upgrades and a new educational program being implemented, the project came with a short work schedule and a limited budget. The work was able to start the day after school closed in June of 2006, and was completed just before the start of school for the new year - 2 ½ months later.
During the course of the work issues with the
Existing Plumbing and Electrical systems were discovered. These two items could have had a large impact on the Project however, with cooperation and diligence from the Alpha School, the Architect, and Jendoco the costs were maintained, the project was completed
on schedule, and the needs of the faculty,
students and parents were met.
As with all Jendoco Construction projects, a
Rapport developed in the initial stages of the
project between the owner and Jendoco,
continued throughout the project, and resulted in a satisfied client and a job well done.
