Geneva College – McKee Hall

Geneva College – McKee Hall

Jendoco Construction Corporation was chosen as the Construction Manager to provide pre-construction services and serve as the General Contractor for the complete renovation of McKee Hall at Geneva College.

McKee Hall is a three-story wood frame building project built in 1938. Due to the age of the facility the entire infrastructure had to be removed and replaced with current state-of-the-art fire protection, data cabling, and HVAC systems.

The entire project was completed between May and August 1998 in order to allow students to occupy the space.

The extensive environmental abatement performed by the college required Jendoco to expedite the construction schedule through the rise of trailer mounted dehumidifiers. The dehumidifiers dried out the moisture left behind by the abatement contractor and allowed 2 shifts of plasterers to work in unison and have the material dry.
